We will spend time ensuring we understand your business, the products you want to offer, how your sales process works, and how you incentivise your team. 

Assurity want to identify and explore every opportunity with you and your team and our aim is to make sure that any transition is smooth and seamless.


Once we have a clear understanding of how you work, we will prepare a role-out plan. This plan will detail everything that needs to be in place, including;

  • Point of Sale information
  • Training schedules
  • Product training
  • Accounting and reconciliation
  • Reporting and Management Information

Once you have agreed the role-out plan, we will finalise and agree the go-live date.


We will ensure everyone (inc sales admin & accounts) understands the process and product/s. We will also ensure you and your management team are fully aware of how these early and critical days are going.

We will use our experience to ensure everything happens as it should.
